About Me
Finishing up my studies as a Quantity Surveyor I decided to follow my passion into Sports Science.
At first, my love for training and nutrition came through the need to change the way I looked.
I was always a skinny kid. If only I had a penny every time someone was asking me if I was eating enough, I would be a millionaire by now. So building muscle was a necessity but also a desire. I am the type of person who likes to face challenges and will not stop until I succeed.
Therefore, I was looking for the most optimal ways to add muscle to my skinny frame. I quickly realized that by just following an off the shelf training program would not be enough as my genetics really suck! I was watching my training partners growing bigger and bigger where my progress was stalled.
So I decided to spend some time learning basic principles of biomechanics, periodisation and nutrition; all related to muscle building! Guess what happened? My body started changing!
Through all the study I was doing but also the results I was getting, I found myself helping others who were in the same position as I used to be, and that made me feel fulfilled. From that point on, it has been my mission to help people get in the best shape of their lives in the fastest and safest way possible.
Hence why I have decided to become the best personal trainer I can be. I started attending one seminar after the other, learning from the best physique trainers and nutritionists around the world. I then decided to enhance my knowledge by getting a position to the School of Physical Education and Sport Science of the National And Kapodistrian University of Athens.
